WHO CAN VOTE:
Any Republican or unaffiliated voter in Colorado State House District 44 can mark their Republican Primary ballot for Bob Davis. Unaffiliated voters must only return a Republican OR Democrat ballot. If both ballots are returned, both ballots will be deemed ineligible.

HOW TO VOTE:
Ballots will begin arriving in mailboxes June 8, 2026. If you do not receive one, contact the county clerk. Every voter should receive a mail ballot. Ballots can be returned either by mail or by being placed in any ballot drop-box in the county where you live. You can vote in-person beginning June 22, 2026 (take your ballot with you if you vote in-person).
*Each person can return up to 10 ballots (including their own) for other people such as other voters living in the household, family or friends, and neighbors.
REGISTER TO VOTE:
You can register to vote and vote up until 7pm on Election Day. You can register online or in-person at a polling location.
UPDATE VOTER REGISTRATION:
If you have moved recently, be sure to check that your voter registration is accurate and update it if needed. You can update your voter registration even if a ballot was already mailed to your prior address as long a you did not cast that ballot. If you have further questions, visit an in-person polling center to vote.
TRACK YOUR BALLOT:
All voters can sign up for Ballotrax and receive updates as their ballot makes its way to your mailbox and back to the county clerk for counting.
